Bonus Round UG – Account & Data Deletion Policy

At Bonus Round UG, we value your privacy and believe you should have complete control over your personal information. In compliance with Google Play’s User Data Policy, this page outlines how you can request the permanent deletion of your account and any associated data from our systems.

1. What Data is Deleted?

When you request account deletion, we initiate a process to permanently purge your data from our active databases. This includes:

1. Profile Information: Your name, email address, username, and profile photos.
2. Authentication Data: Linked credentials, phone numbers, and login tokens.
3. App Activity: Your history, saved preferences, and app usage metrics.

2. What Data May Be Retained?

In strict accordance with legal regulations and Google Play guidelines, certain information cannot be deleted immediately if it falls under the following exceptions:

1. Regulatory Compliance: Financial transactions or transaction logs we are legally mandated to keep for tax or accounting purposes.
2. Security & Fraud Prevention: Data temporarily kept to prevent platform abuse, resolve billing disputes, or ensure user safety.

Once these statutory legal retention periods expire, the remaining data is securely purged or permanently anonymized.

3. How to Request Account & Data Deletion

You can initiate an account and data deletion request at any time using either the mobile application or our web resource below.

Method A: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

1. Open the Bonus Round UG app on your device.
2. Tap on the My Profile screen or icon.
3. Select the Delete Account option at the bottom of the profile settings.
4. Confirm your choice through the on-screen security prompt.

Method B: Web Request (If the app is already uninstalled)

If you no longer have the app installed, you can submit a request directly through our web resource without needing to reinstall:

1. Web Portal: Visit our data request page at https://bonusroundug.com/account-tickets to submit a request form.
2. Email Support: Send an email from your registered email address to info@bonusroundug.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

4. Processing Time & Finality

Once a deletion request is initiated via the app or verified via email, the process will be completed within 3 to 5 business days.

Important Warning: Account deletion is completely permanent and irreversible. Once processed, you will permanently lose access to your account, profile history, rewards, and balances associated with Bonus Round UG.
